Kiki Melissa is a Nigerian Photographer, Video Director, Creative Director, and Creative Entrepreneur in the Arts, Media, and Entertainment industries since 2013.

Kiki Melissa began her interest in DSLR photography while at the University of Nottingham, U.K. studying B.Sc. Psychology. She went on to become a full-time professional photographer following her return to Lagos, Nigeria, after which she immediately established her eponymous Photography Studio Hire and Equipment Rental business, ‘Kiki Melissa Studio’ – an equipped, staffed, professional facility that welcomes other photographers, creatives/creators, brands, media, corporate, agencies, etc.

In 2020, Kiki Melissa expanded from still image making (photography) to moving image making (cinematography, video/filmmaking), under her production company, ’The Boost Entertainment’.

As a Photographer, Kiki Melissa specializes in Business/Professional, Editorial, and Commercial/Advertising Portrait Photography, and Beauty Photography, inspired by modern classic styles and ideas. As a Creative Director, Kiki Melissa lends her concepts, creative communication ideas, analytical skills, and strategies to creative projects such as visual brand identity, and full-fledged promotional campaign roll-outs.

As a Video Director, Kiki Melissa is passionate about conveying and translating ideas, messages, emotions, and lyrical stories into visual form, believing that the visual experience is an extension of the listening experience, just as the moving image is an extension of the still image. 

Kiki Melissa is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and is available for projects, commissions, and assignments within Lagos, Nigeria, and outside the city and country.
